SYDNEY, THE EMERALD CITY…
Sydney, the state capital of New South Wales, is the largest city in Australia. It is ranked as the 66th most expensive city in the world, hosting a population of around 4.5 million people. AIRPORT
Sydney Airport also known as Kingsford Smith Airport, Sydney’s main airport, is one of the oldest airports in the world. Sydney Airport has three passenger terminals. The International Terminal is separated from the other two by a runway; therefore connecting passengers need to allow for longer transfer times.

TRANSPORT
Most of the Syneysiders travel by car through the system of roads and motorways. Sydney trains are run by CityRail, a state-run corporation. Sydney has one privately operated light rail line Metro Light Rail. Metro Monorail runs in a loop around the main shopping district and Darling Harbor.
